Our Policies

1. Sales Policy

All products sold are brand new unless specified otherwise. We provide genuine products with official warranty.

2. Payment Policy

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and major cards. Full payment is required before delivery.

3. Shipping Policy

Delivery within 1-3 days in Dhaka and 2-5 days outside Dhaka. Shipping charge depends on location and weight.

4. Wholesale Policy

We offer special wholesale pricing for bulk orders (minimum 5 units). Contact us for dealer pricing and special offers. Wholesale buyers get priority support and faster delivery.

5. Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange/Return accepted within 7 days if product is defective or wrong item delivered. Product must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging.

6. After Sales Service

We provide dedicated after-sales support. Warranty claims are processed within 7 working days. Service centers available in major cities.

১. বিক্রয় নীতি

সমস্ত পণ্য নতুন (ব্র্যান্ড নিউ) যদি না অন্যথা উল্লেখ করা হয়। আমরা অফিসিয়াল ওয়ারেন্টিসহ আসল পণ্য সরবরাহ করি।

২. পেমেন্ট নীতি

ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার, বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট এবং মেজর কার্ড গ্রহণ করা হয়। ডেলিভারির আগে পুরো টাকা পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

৩. শিপিং নীতি

ঢাকার ভিতরে ১-৩ দিন এবং বাইরে ২-৫ দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করা হয়। শিপিং চার্জ লোকেশন ও ওজন অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হয়।

৪. হোলসেল নীতি

বাল্ক অর্ডারের জন্য বিশেষ হোলসেল মূল্য প্রদান করা হয় (ন্যূনতম ৫ টি পণ্য)। ডিলারদের জন্য বিশেষ মূল্য ও অগ্রাধিকার সাপোর্ট দেওয়া হয়।

৫. এক্সচেঞ্জ ও রিটার্ন নীতি

ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে এক্সচেঞ্জ/রিটার্ন করা যাবে। পণ্য অরিজিনাল অবস্থায় ও প্যাকেজিংসহ থাকতে হবে।

৬. আফটার সেলস সার্ভিস

আমরা ডেডিকেটেড আফটার সেলস সাপোর্ট প্রদান করি। ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইম ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়াধীন হয়। বড় শহরগুলোতে সার্ভিস সেন্টার আছে।
